Information we collect
Your browser stores cart item identifiers and quantities locally. When you check out, the payment provider collects contact, delivery, billing, and payment details. We retain the order reference, purchased items, totals, order status, customer email, and payment-provider references needed for fulfilment and record keeping.
How we use it
Information is used to validate and process orders, take payment, deliver products, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Do not send sensitive medical information through general contact channels.
Payment providers and service providers
Stripe processes payment details on its hosted checkout. Hosting, database, analytics, email, and delivery providers may process limited information on our behalf for their contracted purpose. We do not store complete card numbers.
Retention and your choices
Order and transaction records are retained for operational and legal requirements. Contact privacy@thehelixlab.co.za to request access or correction, or to ask about deletion where retention is not required.
