Family and emotional implications
Genetic information can have implications for biological relatives and may reveal unexpected or uncertain information. You can record result preferences and request genetic counselling before analysis where the pathway permits it.

Sample collection and laboratory work
You agree to supervised collection, identity and kit checks, pseudonymous laboratory processing and the quality controls required for the selected assay. A failed or inadequate sample may require recollection.

Professional review and safe use
A qualified reviewer may approve, limit, suppress, refer or hold a finding. The service will not instruct you to start, stop or change prescription medicine solely from a wellness result.

Separate data and optional choices
Health-data processing, genetic-data processing, supplier access, sample handling, research, future reinterpretation and marketing are recorded as separate decisions. Optional choices do not block the core service.

Withdrawal and questions
You may withdraw according to the stage of the service. Work already performed, required records, active legal holds and laboratory obligations may affect what can be stopped or deleted. The portal records and tracks the resulting workflow.
