The service may process account and identity details, eligibility, consent, questionnaire answers, appointment and custody data, laboratory results, professional decisions, reports, support messages and privacy requests.

Why information is processed
Information is used only for the purposes you are shown: providing the service, meeting health and genetic safeguards, coordinating contracted suppliers, protecting quality and security, and fulfilling separately chosen optional purposes.

Special and sensitive information
Health, genetic, mental-health, reproductive, belief and domestic-safety information receives purpose-specific access controls. Restricted notes are excluded from ordinary operational and general-report views.

Laboratory and professional recipients
The laboratory receives a pseudonymous specimen and assay context. Assigned professionals receive the information needed for their role. General support, finance and marketing do not receive raw genotype or clinical report content.

Storage, security and access history
Private responses use no-store delivery and are excluded from marketing analytics. Access is controlled by role and assignment, sensitive exports require stronger permission, and audit events preserve who accessed or changed a record.

Retention, sample choices and deletion
Identity, health, genetic, sample, report and audit records follow separate retention schedules. Your sample and future-use choices are recorded. Deletion is policy-based and may be limited by active service, legal retention or a formal hold.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction, policy-based deletion, sample destruction or complain about processing. Sensitive exports and destructive requests require identity and scope verification.

Consent changes and material updates
A new material notice or consent version creates a re-consent task. It does not replace the historical record. Optional permissions can be withdrawn from the consent centre.
